Lea Simmons is the LMS Product Manager for the International Franchise Association. She oversees the learning management system that houses all CFE certification program courseware and franchising professional development content.

Prior to joining the IFA, Lea served as Education Program Coordinator and LMS Administrator at the American Nurses Association. She received her bachelor's degree from Howard University in 2013.
