Vice President of Marketing, International Franchise Association

Anna Kittleson serves as Vice President of Marketing for the International Franchise Association. 

She has extensive experience in Marketing and Member Experience.  Prior to joining IFA, Anna was at Marriott International, where she held various roles across Global Marketing during her 20-year tenure. Anna led Customer Experience, where she developed and implemented innovative programs to enhance member recognition and engagement, services, and benefits across all touch points for the Marriott Bonvoy program. She also executed the development and management of strategic alliances partnerships for their global brand portfolio. Creating strategies and designing high-impact marketing programs aimed at driving revenue and generating consumer engagement. Anna managed and optimized the corporation’s annual investment of restricted marketing funding across the enterprise to support global marketing and consumer operations strategic needs. Anna also held a variety of roles at Expedia, Starbucks and Capital one.
