Transblue Opens 7th Washington Location in Spokane
September 28, 2021 // SPOKANE, Wash. - Transblue®, a construction, sales, and project management concept, is opening its newest location in Spokane on October 1. Locally owned by Zach Simms, Transblue will offer luxury exterior design services to commercial, multi-family and homeowner properties across the Spokane Valley area.
As the professional link between clients and contractors, Transblue manages all aspects of exterior construction projects to ensure form, beauty and function for all outdoor needs.
The Spokane Transblue franchise owner, Simms, is a 20-year U.S. Marine Corps and Navy veteran passionate about construction management and business development. Throughout his entrepreneurial journey, he has been the president of a roofing company and is the co-founder of his own marketing agency, Spin 90 Digital, which was established in 2011.
“My background has allowed me to understand the importance of dedicating yourself to a project that is already in place and working hard to make it the best it can be. Transblue has been doing this across the board as a general contractor for many years, and they are the most professional company I have ever worked with on both the consultant and ownership sides,” said Simms. “Founder Dave Wescott and the rest of the HQ team have been such a pleasure to work with since I’ve started this new business venture, and I’m incredibly grateful to have their outstanding support as I introduce Transblue to Spokane.”
Adding to his impressive accolades, Simms is an Advanced Snow Manager through the Snow & Ice Management Association (SIMA), a non-profit trade association focused on training, events and best practices related to snow plowing, ice and business management. Simms and his wife Jasmine are also active members of the West Plains and Greater Spokane Valley Chambers of Commerce.
With 65+ years of varied industry experience, Transblue prides itself on its unique client-focused approach. CEO Dave Wescott started the business in 2004 with one lawnmower and molded the company into the world-class general contracting company that it is today. Transblue also partners with local charities, non-profits and churches, continuing to honor their mission to give back and improve the communities they serve.
