The Covery’s signing of 66 new unit development deals reflects a strategic approach to nationwide growth, with 30 locations set to grace the Northeastern region of the U.S. in Delaware, Philly, and New Jersey, 20 units in the Northwestern region of the U.S. spanning Washington, Montana, and Idaho, and additional units strategically placed in Mississippi, Tennessee, Utah, Arizona, Massachusetts, and Louisiana.

Building on the momentum of a successful 2023 marked by significant growth and expansion, The Covery is poised for an even more dynamic future with the introduction of Covery 2.0. This innovative launch aims to better help standardize services, uphold brand messaging, and ensure medical compliance, reinforcing the commitment to a seamless and consistent wellness experience across all locations. In tandem with this transformative phase, key leadership changes in 2023 have strengthened The Covery's organizational structure. Tatum Crews was promoted from VP of Franchise Development to CEO. Stacey Moore has joined as Chief Nursing Officer, bringing valuable expertise to enhance the quality of healthcare services. Additionally, internal promotions include Ryan Ensmann as Director of Operations and Marketing, and Alissa Gray as Director of Franchise Development.

The Covery is utilizing their momentum from this year to propel them into a busy 2024. The brands achievements in 2023 lay a robust foundation for sustained growth and influence in the wellness industry, marked by plans to open 20+ locations and sell 50+ territories, with a focus on Southeast expansion. The brand aims to tap into 7-12 new markets, looking to grow their reach to 20-25 states by year-end of 2024. The strategy involves vertical marketing, fitness center partnerships, and a focus on attracting potential franchisees eager to drive substantial growth through multi-unit deals.
