Spherion Secures Fourth Spot in Rankings By Franchise Business Review In 2024

ATLANTA – Spherion Staffing and Recruiting (Spherion) recently achieved a spot on Franchise Business Review’s list of the Top 200 Franchises. In the 19th annual ranking based on franchise owner satisfaction, Spherion earned the fourth spot in the category of Business Services franchises, seventh in Large franchises (160-379 units) and #23 out of the overall Top 50. 

With this most recent award, Spherion is setting the tone for the new year after closing 2023, having been recognized in seven separate rankings by the market research firm. Last year, Spherion was also listed as a top franchise by Franchise Business Review for the following awards: Most Innovative Franchises, Most Profitable Franchises, Franchise Rock Star, Top Franchises for Veterans, Top Franchises for Culture, Top Recession-Proof Franchises and Top Franchises for Women.

Spherion’s survey data showed the following:

• 96% of franchisees agree that their fellow franchisees are supportive of one another
• 93% of franchisees agree that they actively participate in company programs and events
• 96% of franchisees are likely to recommend this franchise to others
