Maisa Frank Joins Franchise Law Journal Editorial Board

(Washington, D.C.) August 30, 2021 — Lathrop GMP is proud to announce that Washington, D.C.-based partner Maisa Jean Frank joins the American Bar Association’s Franchise Law Journal as a Topic & Article Editor on its 2021-2022 Editorial Board.

Frank represents a wide variety of clients in all stages of investigations and litigation, with a particular focus on franchise dispute resolution, including violations of the Federal Trade Commission Franchise Rule and state franchise relationship and disclosure laws, as well as enforcement of noncompete agreements.

The Franchise Law Journal is published quarterly, by season, by the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising. The journal seeks to inform and educate members of the bar by publishing articles, columns, and reviews concerning legal developments relevant to franchising as a method of distributing products and services.
