IFA HONORS JANI-KING CEO JERRY CRAWFORD WITH HIGHEST AWARDS
(WASHINGTON, D.C., NOVEMBER 2) – The International Franchise Association (IFA) and the IFA Foundation today jointly awarded Jani-King CEO Jerry Crawford with the organizations’ most prestigious awards at a ceremony in Dallas.
The IFA’s Hall of Fame Award and the IFA Foundation’s William Rosenberg Leadership Award represent the highest honors and accolades that the industry-leading association can bestow.
“Franchising has no greater friend than Jerry Crawford,” said IFA President and CEO Robert Cresanti. “Whether through his leadership of the Jani-King system, through other franchisors and franchisees he’s mentored, or his generous support of IFA and IFA Foundation initiatives, Jerry’s work has directly benefited the lives of thousands of entrepreneurs, their families, and their employees. I’m honored to join in presenting him with this well-deserved recognition on behalf of the entire franchise community.”
The award presentation took place today, Nov. 2, in Dallas. IFA President and CEO Robert Cresanti, past IFA Board Chairs, current IFA Board of Directors members, Jani-King staff, and Texas business luminaries were in attendance.
The Hall of Fame Award is the oldest and most prestigious award conferred by the IFA, the winner must be a franchisor or franchisee who has contributed significantly to the advancement of franchising and to the benefit of IFA and the franchising community. That contribution is made through successful franchising programs, innovative activities within franchising and service to the association.
The William Rosenberg Leadership Award is given to an individual who has made a significant contribution to franchise education, and to the IFA Foundation through research, teaching, fundraising, or other activities or service.
