Hand & Stone Appoints Accomplished Wellness Industry Leader Julie Hauser-Blanner as Chief Spa Officer

With more than two decades of operational leadership in the wellness and hospitality industries, Hauser-Blanner will oversee franchise spa operations, focusing on advancing business consulting practices, driving operational consistency, and strengthening franchisee partnerships.

Hauser-Blanner’s career includes an impressive tenure as Chief Franchise Officer at European Wax Center (EWC), where she oversaw more than 900 locations and approximately $900 million in system-wide sales. During her leadership, EWC added 200 locations and achieved consistent same-store sales growth of over 20%. She also revamped operational processes and franchising consulting models, implementing platforms like SMG and ProfitKeeper to enhance franchisee success. Previously, she held executive roles as Senior Vice President of Operations at Front Burner Society and President of Le Duff North America. Her hospitality career began at Bloomin’ Brands, where she drove revenue growth from $300 million to $800 million as Regional Vice President of Bonefish Grill. She also held leadership roles at Outback Steakhouse, serving as a Vice President of Global Operations.
