Express Employment International Celebrates Mid-Year Success Amidst 40th Year Anniversary, Showcasing Ongoing Growth and Franchise Opportunities
Oklahoma City, August 2, 2023 – Express Employment Professionals, the leading global staffing provider franchise, announced today its notable success in the first half of 2023. The company signed a total of 31 franchise agreements, representing a 20% increase year-over-year, and effectively completed 22 resales. As a result of these franchise agreements, Express will enter nine new markets in the coming months, including: Palmdale, CA, Houston, TX, Timonium, MD, and Mississauga, ON. This marks a momentous time for Express as the brand recently celebrated its 40th anniversary in May and continues to ride the growth journey well into the latter half of 2023. To commemorate the milestone, Express is waiving the franchise fee in 40 markets across the United States.
The success achieved thus far in 2023 is a direct representation of Express’ Discovery Day in May, which was the largest to date with more than 13 prospective franchisees in attendance. This marked one of 7 Discovery Days hosted by Express in the first half of the year, exposing the brand to more than 48 candidates interested in entrepreneurial opportunities. Through its rigorous presentation, Express shared insight into its proven business model, success stories, and the extensive support the brand provides to its franchisees. Since Discovery Day, Express has had four new franchisees take advantage of their No Franchise Fee offer.
Additionally, the company’s Emerging Entrepreneur Program, which launched in April 2021, has recently taken off resulting in five development deals that will bring new Express offices to Warren, OH, Paducah, KY, and Florence, AL. The program is a professional development curriculum designed to provide candidates with the tools, expertise and strategies needed to be an effective leader while working as a salaried employee through Express' international headquarters in Oklahoma City. Over the course of 18 months, Emerging Entrepreneurs work in various roles of an Express office as they prepare themselves to become a business leader or future business owner.
