The brand signed nine deals in the first quarter of 2023, propelling its growth momentum into the next quarter and beyond. These agreements include four new territory sales, as well as six resale locations in prime markets.
Well underway in its plans for 2023 growth, the four new territory signings are in key markets which demonstrates the brand’s commitment to expanding its footprint to serve more customers. The new territory deals signify the growth potential that is still available for new and existing CertaPro Painters operators. Additionally, the signing of six resale agreements in prime markets asserts CertaPro Painters as a quality franchise system that provides a strong asset to its franchisees when they are ready to retire and/or sell. This demonstrates that CertaPro provides a high return on investment and places the painting brand as a leader among franchise resale programs in both the painting and service industries, as well as showcasing its ability to maintain its presence in existing markets as a top service provider.
