Celebree School Appoints New CFO to Lead Strategic Profitability Amid Franchise Growth
BALTIMORE– Celebree School, a leader in early childhood education that provides infant and toddler care, preschool, before and aftercare, and summer camp programs, announces the strategic hire of seasoned franchise industry leader Bob Scopinich, appointed Chief Financial Officer. Scopinich will play a critical role in the rapid growth of the brand, helping ensure responsible growth alongside maximizing franchisee profitability.
With three decades of experience in the financial world, Scopinich has held various roles at well-renowned organizations including The Goddard School, Huntington Learning Center, and Launch Entertainment. The bulk of his career was spent at The Goddard School where he spent 19 years implementing scalable processes to grow the business while increasing margins. Notably, he spearheaded annual strategic planning processes to develop short-term and long-term business plans and budgets for the company. As a result, he helped significantly expand EBITDA margins and was part of the system’s growth journey from approximately 110 units to over 550. His vast experience has equipped him with expertise on the world-class franchise experiences and services needed to scale while expanding margins and achieving profitable growth.
