In new comments submitted to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) on the “Deceptive or Unfair Earnings Claims” rulemaking, the International Franchise Association (IFA) urged the Commission to exclude franchised businesses from duplicate and potentially conflicting regulatory requirements under the proposed rule.

The International Franchise Association (IFA) today announced five new congressional endorsements in the 2022 midterm election cycle, naming U.S. Sen. John Boozman (R-AR) and Reps.
