The International Franchise Association has so many successful and passionate members who operate franchises, we’ve decided to highlight some of their stories and accomplishments each month! 

“The teenagers and young adults are truly the experts in social media and have taught me so much in marketing and advertising to their demographics.” 

Jen Howard, TCBY franchisee in Shorewood, IL, has spent the last two summers hiring teenage interns to help her run TCBY’s marketing, graphic design and social media. Jen partnered with Township High School and is one of the first businesses to offer professional internship opportunities to students.  Jen is excited to share this opportunity with the students.

“It’s a dream come true to deliver the best early learning experience possible to the children and families in our community.”

Primrose School owners Sarah Albahadily, Andrea Choate and Ashley Hughes all won the Franchise Owner of the Year award for their NW Oklahoma City location. This award honors franchise owners who have shown exceptional dedication and leadership to providing high-quality education for families and children in their community.
