Our popular Franchise Development Conference, Operations Conference and MITcon program were all transitioned to a virtual experience which occurred back-to-back the first week of October. We featured premier programming, thought leadership and networking opportunities that were accessible directly from your home online – attendees were able to join us live or watch the broadcast at their own convenience. Interacting and learning from peers in the same area of expertise was a highlight of the week! Each day focused on both universal topics of interest within each discipline while also addressing the impact of COVID-19 on franchise development, operations and marketing functions. These unprecedented times have provided an opportunity for franchising to reinvent itself and develop creative and innovative solutions to challenges that we all can learn from. The synergy between franchise marketing, operations and development was the underpinning of this new virtual event so what better way to address the health and future success of a franchise system than to combine forces and align each one of these important disciplines into one bold week of learning!
If you weren't able to join us, don't worry - you can still gain access to this event on-demand!
