Elyza Dolby is a 500-RYT yoga instructor who teaches yoga full-time in both public and private settings. She also offers and practices meditation, sound healing, cacao ceremonies, and wellness retreats. Elyza’s goal is to share her personal story and her love of yoga, in all of its forms, so that others might find their own light and healing. During our June meeting, Elyza will join us to share self-care practices to help maintain a good work-life balance. This session will include a live meditation practice.
