Meet Sydni Konohia

We are so excited to introduce the newest member of the IFA membership team- Sydni Konohia! Sydni is serving as our Coordinator of membership, and is here to make sure our members have the best IFA experience possible.

Q: Where are you from?

A: I was raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee and have lived in Northern Virginia for the last 14 years.

Q: Where is the best place you’ve ever traveled?

A: Hawaii, for sure. Photos don’t do it justice, and the majority of my extended family live there, so I loved every second!

Q: What are you most excited about for your position at the IFA?

A: I’m excited to collaborate across all IFA departments and work towards the common goal of providing a great membership experience.

Q: What do you like to do in your free time?

A: Hang out with my friends! Also, I’m a huge true crime buff, so I love binging any documentaries and shows related to that.

Q: Why is it important for franchise professionals to join the IFA?

A: Membership with IFA is a wonderful way for anyone in the world of franchising to elevate their skills/knowledge, network, and business.
