Franchising Gives Back

Right at Home

Right at Home, an international in-home care franchise with more than 500 locations, recently partnered with Free Wheelchair Mission, to give away more than $129,000 to the organization to help people who don't have access and can't afford a wheelchair. One example is José Leon, 80, of Corralellos de Filedelphia. Five years ago, José suffered from a stroke and lost all control of his lower body. He visits the hospital every week being carried by his 15-year-old grandson. With a new wheelchair, José’s hospital visits and day-to-day activities will be easier due to José's newfound independence.
