I sat down with Kelly McCarthy of Suite Management Franchising as she told me a wonderful story about how her franchise brand gives back and is dedicated to making a difference.

Suite Management Franchising partnered with St. Jude to raise money for children and families in need. The goal? To raise $150,000 in 18 months, starting in July 2018. As of now, the franchise is already halfway there!

Suite Management Franchising is a company inspired by a term deemed “FLAIR”. This stands for Fun, Loving, CreAtively Inspired EntRepreneurs. With their franchise making a tremendous effort to give back to those in need, it is important that their franchisees get an emphasis of “Flair” and what it means, which has encouraged them to donate every month. Suite owners can be hairdressers, beauty & wellness, spa, massage, microblading, etc., and these owners are given an option during the lease signing to add an additional $2 to their rent to be donated to St. Jude’s.

The franchise owners also contribute in other ways, including isolated drives and fundraisers, and even monthly initiatives. September is childhood cancer awareness month, and this franchise brand has created a small package for franchisees which will aid them in fundraising efforts throughout their locations.

Through giving back, Suite Management Franchising can connect not only with their franchisees and customers, but with kids who are in need of help and medical care. The initiative highlights why it is so important and profound when businesses are able to use their platform to aid in giving back, and we are extremely proud to call them IFA members!
