Renew CFE Certification

Certified Franchise Executives must recertify every 3 years (by the last day of your renewal month) in order to retain the CFE designation. Ex: if you were first certified on March 8, 2023, your first renewal would be due by March 31, 2026. 

The requirements for recertification are as follows:

• Education Credits - 20
• IFA LIVE Learning Credits (Formerly Participation Credits) - 20
• Total: 40 CFE Credits

The International Franchise Association is excited to announce the launch of IFA Academy, IFA’s new learning management system. IFA Academy is where you can monitor your CFE renewal progress, browse the online CFE course catalog, enroll in online courses and instantly receive CFE credits after course completion, and more!
