Tom is a Partner of CareerTopia, Franchise Executive Search, as well as a principal of Business Show Media.

For over 25 years Tom served as President and CEO of MFV Expositions. During that time, MFV Expositions has taken on many forms, producing the leading franchise events throughout the United States as well as several other countries. Tom has years of global sales and executive management experience and continues to be involved in several emerging international businesses.

Prior to joining MFV Expositions, Tom owned an advertising and PR firm and was a founder and Group VP of an instant printing franchise.

Tom has been married for 42 years and has 4 children.
