Rayford is also an experienced entrepreneur, having previously owned and operated a local beauty and fashion boutique specializing in hair care and apparel in Memphis. His professional background provides him with the necessary organizational and leadership skills to effectively oversee day-to-day operations at Z PLUMBERZ of Memphis.
