Eligible United States military veterans, or his or her spouse, with 1 to 10 years of active duty service will receive a discount of 10% of the franchise fee. Eligible veterans with 11 to 20 years of active duty service will receive a discount of 15% of the franchise fee. Eligible veterans with 21 or more years of active duty service will receive a discount of 25% of the franchise fee. Eligible veterans will receive a discount of 5% of the transfer fee.
