Smokin' Oak Wood-Fired Pizza is one of the originators of the fast casual pizza concept. Established in 2009, we bake our pizzas in our 900 degree wood-fired oven in just 90 seconds. Freshness is in our DNA. We hand chop all of our vegetables and we roast our own meats. We're so fresh, we don't even have a freezer! Our made in-house dough ferments for 3 days to create a complex, flavorful crust.
Our self-pour taproom has truly set us apart in the fast casual pizza market. Guests get an RFID bracelet while ordering, peruse the digital tapwall that has beer, wine, ciders and mixed cocktails (where license available), they scan their RFID bracelet and pour their own drink. They can pour an ounce or a pint, the choice is theirs. It not only diversifies the revenue stream, increases the check average and boosts overall revenue with a high margin product.
