Entrepreneurs at heart, we believed (and still do) that as a team, with our shared knowledge and experience, we could build something that would have an extraordinary impact! As founders and classically trained chefs, we applied our culinary skills and techniques to create a southern-style fried chicken concept that is so much more than fast-food. Since our humble beginnings in 2017, we have always wanted to ‘share the love’ with other entrepreneurs and fried chicken enthusiasts.
