Our franchisees offer free assistance to families to help make safe choices when finding: assisted living, independent living, residential board and care, memory care facilities and or communities for a loved one. Franchisees work closely with both the facilities and families to properly place residents based on budgetary and medical needs. Franchisees are compensated directly by facility, per move in and receive a referral fee based on a percentage of the monthly cost. Average referral is 70% of 1st month's rent but can be as high as 100%.
