Capriotti's a heritage fast-casual brand has been serving the highest quality, best tasing sandwiches for over 45 years.  In 1976, siblings Lois and Alan Margolet acted on a passion to open a sandwich shop for premium sandwiches in Wilmington, Delaware, captivating the community. 

Fast forward to when college students, Ashley Morris and Jason Smylie discovered Capriotti's. Enamored by Capriotti’s exceptional food and commitment to family values, they embarked on a journey of franchise ownership. In 2005, they opened their first location, followed by two more locations shortly thereafter. A pivotal moment arrived in 2008 when Ashley and Jason purchased the company, fueling their vision for strategic franchise development while preserving our foundation of family values.

Under their leadership, Capriotti's has tripled in size, with 175 locations nationwide. Spanning 35 states, our commitment to continued growth remains unmatched, and we are on our way to 500 Capriotti’s locations.
