A s 2023 comes to an end, Home Franchise Concepts is proud to look back at a year of notable accomplishments and advancements in development. For over 30 years, Home Franchise Concepts has been one of the world’s largest franchising systems in the home improvement goods and services space. This year, the family of brands which includes Budget Blinds®, The Tailored Closet™, PremierGarage®, Concrete Craft®, AdvantaClean®, Lightspeed Restoration™, Kitchen Tune-Up®, Bath Tune-Up®, Two Maids® and Aussie Pet Mobile®, has surpassed mid-year development goals and is set to expand in more than 220 territories by year’s end with new leadership and business strategies.

Stepping into the role of President and CEO just over a year ago, I have been able to grow with the company and work with the leadership team to drive brand expansion, innovation and awareness. Our C-Suite team’s leadership embodies the brand values of consideration, cooperation, communication, innovation, and accountability. One goal of mine this year was to work closely with the brand leaders to gain a better understanding of where we could be more effective and what capabilities and tactics were needed to make that happen. I had the opportunity to work with both new and seasoned members within brand leadership teams and guide them towards the most effective route for growth.

Through strong leadership and strategy, we have increased the presence of all 10 brands extensively, reaching 50 percent of the company’s growth goals prior to the mid-year mark with 118 new location openings in Q1 and Q2.

In order to accelerate growth in our target areas, we also implemented the use of multiple new CRM platforms this year to collect and analyze data, which was then shared throughout teams as a quantitative representation of audience reach and sales performance. Utilizing this consumer data to drive decision making has greatly contributed to our 2023 accomplishments across the brand portfolio.

Through strong leadership and strategy, we have increased the presence of all 10 brands extensively, reaching 50 percent of the company’s growth goals prior to the mid-year mark with 118 new location openings in Q1 and Q2. In addition to hitting mid-year development goals, we expanded into the $210 billion restoration industry by adding Lightspeed Restoration to the brand portfolio. Since July, this new franchise brand has opened multiple locations across the nation and has ambitious plans for additional expansion in 2024 to fulfill consumer demand for fast response cleaning and restoration. This brand-wide trend of expansion is expected to continue with clear communication and effective guidance to meet the projected goals for the year.

At Home Franchise Concepts, we aspire to run businesses with a personalized approach, providing both franchisees and consumers with support and community.
