The Motens were honored at the 64th IFA Annual Convention in Phoenix, Ariz., for being outstanding franchise establishment owner-operators.

The Franchisee of the Year Award recognizes leading franchise owners from IFA member brands whose outstanding performance and contributions help protect, enhance, and promote the franchise business model. Nominated by Floor Coverings International, Matt and Tracy were selected for their involvement in the Cleveland-South area, embodiment of the entrepreneurial spirit, creation of healthy culture with their workforce, and mentorship of their fellow franchisees.
