RONKONKOMA, NY. – Hounds Town USA, the leading dog daycare and boarding concept, announces a new addition to its growing team. Nathan Bartosz joins the Townie HQ as Head of Franchise Support. 

The role is designed to work closely with franchisees, focusing on enhancing profitability and refining processes and procedures to ensure the success of each location. Bartosz aims to further the brand’s supportive environment that empowers franchisees, contributing to its continued expansion and overall benefit.

Bartosz began his professional journey in franchising, dedicating more than a decade to working with restaurants such as Burger King, Squeeze In and Dickey’s Barbeque on the franchisee support and development side, and later transitioning to become Director of Franchise Support at Code Ninjas. His commitment to supporting franchisees led him to become an owner of a restaurant concept himself, providing him with unique insights into the keys to franchisee success.
