WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CAGo Mini’s – the portable storage franchise that offers containers for moving, storing, renovation, and restoration needs – has announced a development deal that will bring six new franchise locations to the state of Oregon. As the construction, renovation, and portable storage industry continues to grow, Go Mini’s is actively looking for devoted franchisees to help bring the brand throughout the entirety of the United States. Bringing six locations to the state is Mark Nyman, an existing multi-unit owner who is re-investing in the Go Mini’s brand, further solidifying its growth and commitment to its franchisees. The first two locations, covering the Portland Metro area and Willamette Valley, have opened this September, with the next four expected to open shortly after.

“Everyone on the Go Mini’s team is incredibly excited as we expand our presence in Oregon and continue to sign new development deals to extend our brand’s reach nationwide,” said CEO and President Chris Walls. “I am so proud of the work that we have done up to this point and excited to see Mark and his new franchise location flourish within Oregon. I am confident that with the team we have created, our Go Mini’s family is destined to grow even larger.”

What sets Go Mini’s apart within the industry is the brand’s three options of sturdy containers or Mini’s. Customers can choose between a 20-foot, 16-foot, and 12-foot Mini’s that feature all-metal construction, a raised profile that will not damage yards or driveways, ventilation, and up to 20 tie-down points for secure and reliable storage.

In addition, Go Mini’s offers a robust support system so franchisees have everything they need to hit the ground running, including a proprietary operating system and business analysis that have been developed over many years with input from over 100+ franchisees. Each territory is exclusive to the Go Mini’s franchisee who does need a warehouse or retail space due to the product’s superior construction and durability in all outdoor conditions. The business model requires minimal staffing with a simple concept, and the corporate office works closely with owners to analyze and fully understand their market’s potential in order to maximize profits. Go Mini’s is one of the few franchised portable storage concepts where franchisees benefit from a scalable opportunity to operate as a locally owned company with deep ties to the communities they serve.

“Today, with the ever-changing housing market and continued economic uncertainty, portable storage services remain in demand,” continued Walls. “As the industry grows, Go Mini’s has the necessary infrastructure and systems to keep pace and provide customers with the best experience possible. Our continued success is dependent on our franchisees’ success, so we have created a business model that is designed to thrive in any market.”

Looking ahead, Go Mini’s has identified available markets primed for growth all over the country, including Northern California, Dallas, Daytona Beach, Washington, Virginia, San Diego, Las Vegas, Sacramento, and Seattle.
