Jay has always found himself around the pool with his daughter being a competitive swimmer, while Ali wanted to dedicate his time to a business that gives back to children and families in their community. Jay has been in the insurance industry for over 23 years and Ali has a longstanding background in IT, working as a computer programmer and data engineer for over 15 years. The duo decided to embark on the joint venture after seeking a fulfilling business opportunity bringing them to British Swim School.
