Founder of Assisted Living Locators, the nation’s first senior placement and referral service, Angela Olea is an accomplished business leader in the senior care industry. A registered nurse, she initially launched Assisted Living Locators in response to seeing aging patients have unnecessary hospital readmissions and a lack of community support.

Olea built Assisted Living Locators into a nationwide senior placement and referral franchisor, with 140 franchise office locations in 36 states and the District of Columbia. Under Olea’s stewardship, Assisted Living Locators set the standard for care transition.  Her company is also the first senior placement franchisor to achieve system certification in dementia care.
