With six new team members, Assisted Living Locators is positioned to offer enhanced support and resources to its franchisees. The company’s new hires include Jaylene Weve as Director of Training and Business Development, Blair Horgan, Steve Benjamin, Bethany Harley as Franchise Business Coaches, and Ryan Peters as Technical Support.  Additionally, Gelene Castaneda joins the team as a Marketing Associate.

Jaylene Weve offers  20 years of business consulting in senior living/healthcare. Her expertise in Lean/Six Sigma principles, targeted sales training, and business optimization tools will provide hands-on solutions to Assisted Living Locators franchisees. Her commitment to driving efficiency and sales growth, underlines her ability to deliver valuable, tangible business solutions.

Blair Horgan, with a decade of experience in senior living and healthcare operations, will support franchisee growth. Her background includes financial management, senior living regulations, marketing, memory care programming, and learning and development. Horgan’s comprehensive expertise is expected to provide significant value for franchisees.

Veteran licensed administrator Bethany Harley brings 14 years of senior living experience and 10 years in healthcare and physician practice management. Harley, a former administrator, trainer, and consultant, is known for developing curriculums for operational and clinical associates and creating company-wide orientation programs. Her diversified skill set enhances the team’s capabilities.

Steve Benjamin is a seasoned figure in the franchise industry with 25 years of experience, including as a franchisee. Steve has dedicated his career to empowering franchisees across a diverse range of companies, consistently helping them optimize their businesses. He is excited to collaborate with Assisted Living Locators franchisees to bolster their growth.

Technical expert Ryan Peters steps into the pivotal role of Technical Support Manager. In line with Assisted Living Locators’ commitment to operational efficiency and franchisee support, Peters will concentrate on ensuring smooth and uninterrupted workflow.

Lastly, Gelene Castaneda, with eight years in marketing management and campaign development, will assist franchisees in launching and marketing new territories, as well as boosting their current businesses. Her expertise is expected to be a significant asset for franchisees aiming to expand operations.
