PLYMOUTH, Mich. – Allegra Marketing Print Mail announced today that it made the Entrepreneur Magazine’s Franchise 500® list, inking their way into Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500 Hall of Fame. This is an exclusive distinction reserved for the most elite brands in franchising that have ranked in the Franchise 500® for a minimum of 25 consecutive years. Ranked in the business services category, Allegra was also listed as #392 overall.

The ranking achieved by Allegra highlights the successful growth made by the brand in the past year. With a network hundreds of locations strong, Allegra brings marketing, printing and mailing services to communities throughout the United States and Canada.

“It’s a huge honor to be recognized for one of Entrepreneur’s inaugural Franchise 500® Hall of Fame awards,” said Burke Cueny, Executive Vice President, Marketing for Alliance Franchise Brands, the parent company of Allegra Marketing Print Mail. “We are thrilled to continue to grow our brand in new and existing markets, form new relationships and offer our existing franchisees continued support. We are happy to enter 2023 on a high note.”

In Entrepreneur’s continuing effort to best understand and evaluate the ever-changing franchise marketplace, the company’s 44-year-old ranking formula continues to evolve as well. The editorial team researches and assesses several factors that go into the evaluation including costs and fees, size and growth, support, brand strength, and financial strength and stability. Each franchise is given a cumulative score based on an analysis of more than 150 data points, and the 500 franchises with the highest cumulative scores become the Franchise 500® in ranking order.

“The past year underscores the extraordinary opportunities that the franchise industry presents for entrepreneurs of all levels,” says Entrepreneur editor in chief Jason Feifer. “The companies named to our 44th annual Franchise 500 list represent some of the most innovative, creative, and trusted brands across many industries and highlight what it takes to build the kind of momentum that drives long-lasting success.”

Based in Plymouth, Michigan, Allegra is a chain focused on printing, consulting and mailing services. The brand was founded in 1977 and became a franchised business the next year. Allegra merged with a number of printing and marketing brands, including Insty-Prints, , Zippy Print and American Speedy Printing Centers.

Entrepreneurs interested in becoming a part of the Allegra team will need approximately $150,000 USD in liquid assets and a net worth of at least $300,000 USD.

In the 44 years since its first release, the Franchise 500® list has become not only a competitive measure for franchisors, but also a primary research tool for those interested in franchising. Allegra’s position on the list is indicative of its success as a franchise company.
