I am packing my suitcase… What should I wear?

During IFA events, business casual clothing is appropriate.

If you’re moderating or speaking at a session, be sure to wear business attire.

Remember, meeting rooms tend to be cool, so dress accordingly. We also recommend comfortable shoes for hopping from session to session.

NEW IN 2020! Show your brand pride by participating in our Brand Pride Gear Day on Tuesday, March 1st. Post photos at the Convention wearing your best brand gear and using the IFA hashtag #IFA2022. Prizes will be awarded!

Fun activities you can attend

Sunday, February 27 | Franchise Fitness Time 6:00 – 7:00 am

Attendees will have the chance to join Team Red, White and Blue for Franchise Fitness Time where they’ll have the opportunity to either run a 5K in beautiful San Diego, or participate in yoga. 

Sunday, February 27| 11:15 am – 5:00 pm

Attendees will join the Armed Services YMCA San Diego to help pack boxes to be shared with local military families.

Monday, February 28 | 1-hour time-slots beginning at 11:00, 1:00 and 3:00

Team Rubicon, a veteran-led disaster response organization, created a hands-on disaster preparedness and recovery experience for IFA attendees to learn safe practices for disaster scenarios. Please note: to fully participate in this event, please wear closed-toed shoes and pants.
