PostNet Franchise Information

PostNet is the only franchise system that has a vested interest in nurturing our local business communities by providing them with the business-enhancing solutions and dedicated service they need to be successful.

Our franchise owners are in business to help small businesses succeed.

At PostNet, we are passionate supporters of local businesses. We believe small businesses are the backbone of our communities, and their success is critical to the strength of our local economies.

Each PostNet location is owned and operated by a local business owner, which means we understand first-hand the day-to-day challenges small business owners face and are personally invested in the local partnerships we serve.  We are a local business partner that truly cares about our customer’s success by delivering the right solutions that meet their printing, shipping and marketing needs.

Our franchise owners support their customer’s marketing and business objectives through graphic design, full-service digital printing, direct mail, signs, document binding and finishing, and ancillary business services, like mailbox rental, all in a convenient neighborhood location. They also offer professional packaging services and shipping with UPS, FedEx, DHL and the U.S. Postal Service.

Our consultative approach to service ensures that whatever our customer’s business challenges may be, we provide the personalized solutions they deserve. And, we never consider ourselves successful, until they consider themselves successful.

PostNet is a true local business for the local business community.

Demand for PostNet’s services

The demand for PostNet’s services is stronger than ever before; economic trends show that entrepreneurs and independent contractors are on the rise in the American economy. There are 28 million small businesses in the U.S., and their spending is part of what generates the $380 billion annually that goes to printing, shipping and online marketing.

PostNet is dedicated to serving those millions of small business owners — providing them with the tools and expertise to compete for customers.

Why own a PostNet franchise?

PostNet is a purpose-driven organization that uses business as a force for good. When you become part of the PostNet family, you become part of a movement; a movement that consists of local small businesses supporting other local small businesses. You also become part of a global franchise family of small business owners just like you that are dedicated to helping small businesses succeed.

There are three categories in which we operate – printing, marketing, and shipping – which provide PostNet franchise owners with multiple revenue streams. This means you can offer all of the popular pack-and-ship services while also competing head-to-head with a full-scale printing franchise at just a fraction of the investment.

Unlike traditional postal and mailbox franchises, PostNet has strategic partnerships with all of the major logistics companies – UPS, FedEx, U.S Postal Services, and DHL – offering a multi-carrier selection coupled with in-center professional packaging services to meet the specific shipping needs of our customers.

Typical hours of a PostNet center begin between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. and end between to 5 p.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Although there are no required hours on weekends, most centers are typically open for half a day on Saturdays between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. and are closed on Sundays. The business model makes PostNet a great flexible, family business. PostNet is full of husband-wife, father-son and mother-daughter teams who work together to build the business.

With our bricks and clicks business model, each PostNet franchise owner has both a physical storefront in the community as well as an Online Print Center, offering customers the benefits of online transactions and face-to-face service. Having both a digital and physical storefront gives them the ability to increase their visibility, engage with more customers, build sales and gain even greater market share.

In addition, we have the right systems and the right people in place to provide our franchise owners with the tools, resources, and expertise they need to be successful business owners.

If you are looking for an established and successful franchise opportunity that offers a dynamic concept, an innovative leadership team, and the foundation needed to support franchisees, look no further than PostNet.
