Debra Moss, Vice President, Conferences & Meetings

Debra A. Moss is the Vice President, Conferences & Meetings for the International Franchise Association.  She serves as the CFO of the organization and oversees the administrative, meetings and human resources functions at the association.  She is the staff liaison to the Finance, Audit & Budget Committee which is responsible for the development IFA’s annual budget and operating plan.  Working with the Convention Committee she is responsible for development of the annual event’s program, revenue and logistics.  She also assists with the Information Technology Committee.

Prior to joining IFA in 1996, Ms. Moss served nine years with the United Fresh Fruit and Vegetables Association where she started as Convention Director and was promoted to Vice President of Industry Relations. She also served as Director of Membership & Meetings for the Association of General Merchandise Chains and began her non-profit career with the American Society for Industrial Security.

She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in broadcast journalism.  She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and resides in Alexandria, Virginia.
