As TAB-Certified Facilitator/Coaches, franchisees facilitate monthly peer advisory board meetings where, based on the collective experience of the board, members receive real-world solutions and practical advice on how to solve challenges and seize new opportunities.

TRAINING
Franchisees attend initial training at TAB’s World Headquarters in Westminster, CO. They learn about forming TAB Boards, marketing and sales processes, and board facilitation and coaching. After initial training, a TAB field support trainer will be in the franchisee’s territory for up to 16 days providing assistance with member acquisition. An experienced TAB trainer will provide coaching sessions for new franchisees to reinforce the skills learned at training and to answer questions.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified candidates must have several years of senior-level experience and enjoy using their business knowledge to help other business leaders. Candidates must also possess excellent communication skills, self-confidence and be committed to business development.
