The generous helpings of meat and cheese are sliced in front of the customer when they order, ensuring freshness and quality. TRAINING
Initial three-week training includes classroom training at the Submarina Support Center in San Marcos, CA and hands on training at a local store. Training then continues throughout the franchise relationship.

QUALIFICATIONS
Individuals that are self-motivated "people" persons who have good marketing and relationship building skills and a demonstrated passion for success. Industry knowledge or background is not necessary.
