New franchise owners attend five days of training at Mr. Appliance Corp. headquarters, where they learn the latest technology, best business practices, marketing strategies and customer service techniques. They are also encouraged to take advantage of the several conferences and regional training meetings, where they receive continuing education and the latest training from the corporate staff and fellow franchisees.
