TRAINING
Through training and ongoing support, each Franchisee is armed with the tools and resources needed to build a successful home care business, including: One week classroom training, 52-week Business Implementation Program, In-field launch, sales/marketing and operations “Boot Camps”, online caregiver/staff training on our University, monthly webinar training, annual conference, quarterly regional meetings, best practices conference calls and online peer-to-peer forums.

QUALIFICATIONS
Business management skills are preferred; sales and marketing skills are also helpful. Health care experience is not required. Homewatch CareGivers Franchisees provide much-needed services, while benefiting from a market with expected long term growth.
