TRAINING
Our two week Learning & Development training program consists of two practical components: classroom training around best practices and field immersion, to provide hands-on experience of running a Homecare business. Post our Homecare Academy, we provide on-going in-field operational support and training, regional workshops and monthly webinars.

QUALIFICATIONS
Successful candidates come from a variety of backgrounds. Our ideal candidate fits 5 specific criteria: 1. They have a strong desire to give back to others and their community. 2. They have a leadership background, with specific experience in recruiting/training/ coaching. 3. They have the skills, ability, interest and desire to execute a B to B and B to C relationship. 4. Full time and effort (no part-time or passive investors). 5. They are financially viable.
