The concept for Great Steak was formed in 1982 - with the opening of our first store in Dayton, Ohio. Our concept was a simple one. A "meat and potatoes" operation, providing a unique visual, sensory and eating experience for our customers. Custom prepared, grilled to order and made to perfection before your eyes with only the finest ingredients. Today Great Steak consists of more than one hundred stores in the US and abroad.

TRAINING
K-Tec is a 5-day training all Kahala franchisees receive and is the companion to brand-specific in-store training. It introduces participants to the Kahala culture, level of support provided and roles and responsibilities supporting franchisee and franchisor success. It provides exposure to basic business concepts such as customer service, profitability, quality assurance, inventory, purchasing & distribution and more – all to reinforce the message of “Sales, the Fastest Way to Profitability.”
