TRAINING
Our select franchisees go through an intensive 11-day training program at our corporate office and at your location with our staff. Additionally, your lead Registered Nurse Patient Advocate will go through a 4-day training program as well. You will receive training on our system including client assessment and screening, case management, guardianship and special needs advocacy in addition to business planning, marketing, office procedures and accounting procedures.
