TRAINING
Before opening the store, you and your manager will complete our initial training program. We provide training instructors, facilities and training materials. We provide additional training on all new products and programs we introduce. We also provide in-store follow-up training. Training programs can also be tailored to the franchisee’s needs based on individual experience in the rent-to-own and automotive industries.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in Rent-To-Own and automotive tire businesses is helpful, but not required. Experience in operating and managing a small business or multi-unit store management background desirable.
