Meineke/Econo Lube has one of the most comprehensive training programs in the industry, maybe franchising! All new Franchisees must attend Meineke University, a four-week training program in Charlotte, NC, which teaches the necessary management and technical skills. Meineke Online, also provide franchisees and their employees with over 80 online courses. Meineke/Econo Lube Operations also provides in center training on an ongoing basis.
