DirectBuy Club's comprehensive Business Management School provides training on the sales and marketing system, recruiting and service. Opportunities for hands-on experience in an existing franchise are arranged. Regular visits by field staff, weekly regional conference calls, newsletters, and training videos are part of the ongoing training and support of the franchisees.
