Description
Quick service sandwich shop. Serving Hot Grilled & Cold Subs on recognized 7-1/2" East-coast style bread that is baked fresh in each store twice a day. Also available are delicious soups, chips and cookies. Recently updated store design is cost effective and efficient. Typical stores are 1,600 sq. ft. and seat 32 guests.

TRAINING
21 days of comprehensive hands-on training. Encompasses a combination of class room discussions, bread baking classes and in-store training applications. 10 additional days of corporate training are received just prior to and during the opening. On-going support is offered from our Franchise Operations Consultants, Marketing Specialist and training department.
