We specialize in small group residences consisting of either 18 apartments (Country Place Senior Living) or 8 bedrooms (Country Place Home Plus.) Country Place Senior Living is designed for active seniors, while Country Place Home Plus is created especially for those seniors who may need additional specialized care. All of our brands promote social interaction and a more intimate environment, while at the same time preserving the privacy and dignity of seniors.
TRAINING
We provide each franchisee with a comprehensive training program to get their Country Place Living residence off to a successful start. In addition to full operations manuals, cookbooks, and training tools, we offer in-depth franchisee, director and nurse’s training which is held with corporate staff and prepares the franchisee, their director and nurse with proven operational, marketing techniques and standards of care that help ensure your residence continues to thrive. In addition to our onsite training we provide numerous ongoing educational opportunities.
