TRAINING
ComForcare franchise owners learn about the industry, the company and how to run their ComForcare business during four weeks of intense training. This training includes 40 hours of independent study, followed by two weeks of classroom and in-the-field training at the ComForcare headquarters, and 40 hours training at their own ComForcare office. Training includes how to use the business management software, accounting procedures, marketing techniques and recruiting and hiring practices.

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates with successful marketing, management and general business backgrounds show the greatest results. This is a relationship business requiring a solution-oriented presentation of the services offered. Candidates should be positive, proactive people who wish to contribute significantly to their communities. No health care experience is necessary, but could be helpful in building relationships. ComForcare business owners must manage a small staff while managing a multi-task environment.
